You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
You haven’t downloaded or accessed the guide (no questions asked).
Refunds are unavailable after download or access due to the digital nature of the product.
Refund Process
Email support@therichtutor.com with your order number and reason (optional).
We process refunds within 5 business days via Stripe, your original payment method. Stripe may take additional 5–10 days to reflect the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
No refunds for buyer's remorse after access.
No partial refunds for used content.
