Welcome to TheRichTutor! By using our website (therichtutor.com), digital guide, or community, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, don’t use our services.
1. Use of Services
  • Services include the digital guide ("How to Get 10 New Students in 30 Days") and video.
  • Must be 18+ or have parental consent.
  • For personal, non-commercial use only. No reselling or sharing content.
2. Intellectual Property
  • All content is owned by TheRichTutor or licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
  • Prohibited: Copying, distributing, or modifying without permission. Violations may lead to termination and legal action.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
  • Purchases are processed via Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Payments are final except as per our Refund Policy.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may incur a $15 processing fee.
4. User Conduct
  • No spam, harassment, or illegal use. We may suspend accounts for violations.
  • You grant us a license to use your feedback (anonymously) for improvements.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • Services provided "as is." No warranties; results vary. Not liable for indirect damages.
  • Governing Law: Washington State, USA.
6. Changes and Termination
  • We may update Terms; continued use means acceptance.
  • We can terminate access for violations.
